Get started on the path to feeling and moving better! These sessions are the perfect starting point for people who have never done physical therapy at Reforming Foundations. Meet your physical therapist, share your goals and participate in an examination to discover the best path forward for you. Treatment Sessions

Choose this session type if you have already started physical therapy at Reforming Foundations. Depending on the goals you have set with your physical therapist, your session might include manual therapy, individualized exercise, movement education and/or strategies for self management of your condition. Each session is tailored to your specific needs to keep you moving and feeling your best.

Dr. Lindsay Brandt is an advocate for high quality, patient-centered healthcare. She believes expert hands-on care, delivered one-on-one by your physical therapist, is the fastest way to feel and move better. She has a passion for using manual therapy and smart movement strategies to improve quality of life for people of all ages- educating and empowering them to take control of their pain. You can expect Lindsay to listen carefully to your goals, perform a detailed physical assessment, and partner with you to find the right path back to your favorite activities.

In addition to patient care, Lindsay is an educator of physical therapists and Pilates instructors. She is an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy programs at Oakland University, a credentialed international instructor with Kaltenborn-Evjenth Orthopedic Manual Therapy, has mentored entry-level and post-professional PT students throughout her clinical career, and is a co-author and educator in the Reforming Foundations School of Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
